Germany

Just a few photos from our trip to Germany over Thanksgiving. These are on my personal blog too, so some of you may be getting a double dose! ;)

We arrived to snow!!
Idstein, outside of Frankfurt...We took a train to Berlin, which was fascinating to me - I remember watching the wall fall on television, but it isn't something I can even imagine as a reality - a wall cutting your city in half...
Next we drove to Reimes, in the region of Champagne, France and took a tour of a champagne cellar.

Beautiful!! I have family in Germany and have been there often- but never ever in the winter- how fun!! :)
We're tentatively planning a trip this summer with the kids- it will be their 1st time over :)

When you were in Reims did you tour the church with Chagall's glass windows?? Seriously one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen.....
